Shop policies
A production shop will set its own cancellation window, deposit amount, refund rules, availability and services. Customers will see those policies before confirming.
Acceptable use
Do not enter sensitive, confidential or real customer data into the public demo. Production terms and service commitments will be agreed separately with pilot shops.
